At IMG, we’re looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to be the face of our business in the industry - someone who can connect with customers, provide expert solutions, and ensure our workshop teams deliver high-quality results every time.
About the Role
This is a key role where you’ll balance customer engagement, technical expertise, and operational leadership.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Providing practical technical advice to workshop teams
- Ensuring jobs are accurately quoted, delivered on time, and meet customer expectations
You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to help drive performance, improve processes, and achieve business targets.
