Job Description
Lead the integration of technology solutions with Xe as a Technical Solutions Manager. Your expertise in API and ERP integrations will drive client success and project timelines.
In this role, you will take charge of technical ERP and API integrations, managing projects from inception to execution. Your responsibilities include scoping client needs, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will closely collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technical ERP and API integration projects
• Deliver tailored product demos to prospective clients
• Document client feedback for product improvements
• Oversee client onboarding from start to launch
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration on projects
Requirements:
• Experience in solutions engineering or technical project management
