Position Title: Technical Skills Coordinator
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite
Role Purpose
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Skills Coordinator to support the global delivery of technical skill enablement initiatives. This role will focus on scoping, mapping and managing certification queries, inbox operations, reporting, and vendor coordination, contributing to the smooth execution of strategic technical training initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, data-savvy, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and systems.

Act as the first point of contact for technical training, skills and certification queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses and escalating complex issues as needed.
