Job Description
Responsibilities
- Visit customer’s site to observe technical functions such as line running and technical issues.
- Collect necessary data at the customer site to analyze the actual problem from a technical perspective.
- Identify root cause under the supervision of the TS manager.
- Build a good relationship with customers for collaboration.
- Perform basic lab instrument tests for basic property testing.
- Rapidly learn additional lab tests under TS manager supervision.
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support and expertise to customers.
- Prepare test reports in a timely manner and take minutes during customer visits.
- Conduct monthly 2P line audits and technical audits of customers’ coating lines as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemicals, packaging, food industry or related field.
