At Atlantic Packaging, you’ll serve as the essential technical liaison between clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities include documenting customer visits, providing on-site technical support, auditing processes, and coordinating improvements. You will also troubleshoot equipment issues and guide customers through transitions to new automated systems.

• Document all visits in Technical Service Reports
