Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY The Program Director, Technical Services is a senior technical leader responsible for the development, execution, and performance of Technical Services programs across Utility, Industrial, and Commercial markets. This role leads a team of Technical Service Representatives (TSRs) and provides subject matter expertise in electrical power systems, supporting maintenance, testing, commissioning, and emergency service work.
The Program Director plays a critical role in bridging operations, project management, and clients by developing detailed technical scopes, pricing strategies, and client-facing proposals. This position ensures work is technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with customer requirements and company standards.
