Technical Services Manager
Permanent Role | Central London | Up to £80,000
Responsibilities
* Lead Technical Services across a three-site commercial portfolio.
* Manage engineering teams, subcontractors, and compliance.
* Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance, and lifecycle works.
* Build strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
* Previous Technical Services or Hard FM management experience.
* Strong M&E and statutory compliance knowledge.
* Experience leading engineering teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
