As our new Technical Services Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and customers across Germany. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert technical support to our German sales team and customers.
  • Managing technical complaints and offering practical, customer-focused solutions for product and installation-related issues.
  • Organizing and delivering training sessions for internal teams and external partners.
  • Offering hands-on technical assistance for Unilin flooring products and accessories to our sales representatives, customers, and their clients.
  • Acting as a vital link between the German team and our technical experts in Belgium.
