Position Summary

Collaboration Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist – seasoned subject matter expert providing technical support to NTT clients, compiling technical specifications, creating alternative solutions, pursuing professional certification and business knowledge. Proficiency across two or more technologies such as Networking, Data Centre, Security, Customer Experience, Collaboration, and/or End User Compute.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients on site and remote to meet complex solution requirements.
• Escalate unresolved problems and issues to relevant third parties.
• Respond to escalated client requests.
• Escalate complex problems to relevant third parties.
• Write reports and proposals and complete and maintain project documentation.
• Assist with documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes.
