Qualifications and Experience Extensive experience preferably in Aircraft Engineering and related environment with relevant formal qualifications. General Airline experience with thorough knowledge in commercial airline and/or private operations Has extensive engineering experience in a senior engineering role in aviation with aircraft acquisition experience. Has management skills and the ability to promote a proactive, harmonious work culture. Displays a sound understanding of corporate business objectives and plans including related operational policies and procedures and manual or computerized systems relating to maintenance systems/document control, data presentation. Has sound understanding of the development of budgets and the critical elements of a budget.
