β’ Provide brands & customers with quality technical services
β’ Manage product solutions activities for customers
β’ Conducting audit, training programs, workshops, consumption analysis, logo enhancement, etc.
β’ Using high level of technical input to build very strong business relationships with development/ production/ quality assurance personnel in customer organization.
β’ Coordinate with sales team to develop a profitable sales argument by conducting training, seminar, product recommendation, development and trial.
β’ Support Technical Sales Manager & Sales team in achieving agreed targets
β’ Support New product launch and penetration in the market place
β’ Complaint handling guidance/ assistance for the sales/ QA whenever required
