  • Provide on-site technical support to customers across China, troubleshooting lubrication-related issues.
  • Conduct lubrication audits and surveys and recommend practical improvement actions.
  • Promote our Energy Efficiency program, leading projects that deliver sustainable solutions
  • Design and support customers with application improvements to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.
  • Identify opportunities for new products or services and work with sales teams to support business growth.
  • Deliver both line side and classroom based technical training sessions to customer teams at various levels.
  • Prepare timely, clear technical reports, proposals, and recommendations.
