As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical support and maintenance for our state-of-the-art machine system. What you'll be doing Conduct installation, maintenance and servicing of machine at customer sites
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues of equipment, identify root causes and implement solutions
Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop new system components if needed
Provide customer support via phone, email or on-site visits to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of all service activities and prepare reports
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments technology and continuously expand your technical knowledge
