Conduct installation, maintenance and servicing of machine at customer sites
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues of equipment, identify root causes and implement solutions
Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop new system components if needed
Provide customer support via phone, email or on-site visits to ensure client satisfaction
