Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Key Accounts/Field Sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist in the preparation, review and entry of proposals and orders in SAP.
- Support the creation of BOMs and preliminary configurations based on requirements gathered by the salesperson.
- Check product codes, stock, lead times and commercial terms in SAP.
- Update opportunities, activities and progress information in the CRM.
- Assist in gathering and organizing customers' technical requirements.
- Conduct product and solution research within Advantech's portfolio.
- Consult datasheets, manuals, certificates and other technical documents.
- Support interpretation of architectures and sizing of low- and medium-complexity solutions.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Technical Specialist and Application Engineering to validate solutions.
