- Develop new business opportunities and grow customer accounts within the electronics, semiconductor, medical device, manufacturing, laboratory, and industrial sectors.
- Promote SGS testing services by understanding customers' quality, regulatory, and product compliance requirements.
- Conduct customer visits, solution presentations, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, tender submissions, and maintain an active sales pipeline through CRM.
- Collaborate with technical and laboratory teams to deliver effective testing solutions and excellent customer experience.
