Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and support customer requirements via phone and email.
• Proactively follow up sales opportunities and leads.
• Assist customers and colleagues in identifying the correct products for their applications.
• Contribute to the design and specification of sound, lighting, and video systems.

Key Skills and Experience

• Well suited to someone from an events or sales background with experience of AV equipment.
