Job Summary
Manage inventory, customer relations, and office upkeep while handling email enquiries, quotations, and administrative tasks. Generate delivery orders, invoices, and goods receipt orders to support smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of pneumatic products and fasteners to support customer enquiries and quotations
- Respond promptly to email enquiries and provide accurate quotations to customers
- Perform general administrative duties to maintain efficient office operations
- Use the accounting system to process transactions and support financial record-keeping
- Manage all inventory activities to ensure accurate stock levels and office upkeep
- Maintain positive customer relations and coordinate payment collections effectively
- Generate delivery orders (DOs), invoices, and goods receipt orders (GROs) accurately and timely
