Tasks

  • Advise customers on the appropriate products for their application.
  • Prepare and communicate quotations to customers.
  • Answer customer questions and provide technical assistance as needed.
  • Validate customer order information and generate purchase orders in the computer system.
  • Cross-sell and suggest complementary products.
  • Participate in internal and supplier training programs.
  • Provide support to external representatives.
