This role focuses on recruiting and sourcing technical talent, with a primary emphasis on Software Development Engineer (SDE) and other technology roles within devices and services teams. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, offer management, and new hire orientation, while also supporting employee status changes and exit processes. The position requires a strong understanding of recruiting best practices, the ability to work independently with significant latitude, and the capability to lead or guide others in achieving hiring goals. Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities

+ Source and identify qualified technical candidates, with a focus on Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and other technology roles in devices and services.

+ Conduct sourcing recruitment activities, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
