This role requires a consultative recruiter who can manage a high-volume workload while partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract and hire top-tier talent across mid-level to senior roles
Key Responsibilities
ā¢āManage full-cycle recruiting for 15ā30 open requisitions across the organization
ā¢āRecruit for procurement and strategic sourcing roles, including consultants and corporate hires
ā¢āBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
ā¢āSource, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the full hiring lifecycle (intake ā onboarding)
ā¢āPartner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on:
oāTalent market insights
oāInterview processes
oāCandidate selection strategies
ā¢āRecruit within a healthcare/hospital provider environment, supporting sourcing and procurement-related roles
