THE OPPORTUNITY
Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the Power Generation Industry for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a talented Quoting Specialist to join our team in Langley, BC. RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare accurate and timely technical quotes based on customer RFQ, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs Maintain a database of quotations within Salesforce Manage multiple customer accounts and quotation requests simultaneously Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly Project coordination, order processing, and order management utilizing ERP systems Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
