On behalf of one of our clients, a well-established and reputable real estate agency in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a
Technical Property Manager 80–100 %
Your responsibilities
Within a dynamic team and in close collaboration with the rental and finance departments, you will ensure the technical management and budget monitoring of a portfolio of rental properties.
Your main tasks:
- Maintain relationships with owners, tenants and various partners;
- Carry out regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs;
- Plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance, renovation or repair works;
- Control the services provided by contracted companies and caretakers;
- Manage maintenance and service contracts;
- Conduct entry and exit condition reports;
- Handle and follow up on insurance claim files;
