Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Technical Projects. Reporting to the Global Manufacturing Systems and Technology strategic group, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating industrial engineering and artificial intelligence projects for powersports vehicle assembly lines. You will act as the owner of manufacturing processes, ensuring their performance, evolution, and alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Lead the evolution of manufacturing processes and ensure their alignment with the operational excellence strategy.
Plan and optimize budgets and resources related to technical and artificial intelligence projects.
Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team.
Drive and prioritize strategic projects.
Provide direct support to production teams and develop training programs to ensure mastery of assembly standards.
