Job Description
R&D Product Technical Leader We are seeking a leader to manage R&D deliverables, ensuring robust product design under demanding quality standards while meeting economic and technical milestones.
Responsibilities Ensure robust design aligned with cost targets and company standardization rules.
Act as the R&D representative towards the customer.
Organize and ensure the execution of critical design reviews (including Purchasing and Industrialization).
Develop detailed schedules, define investment needs, and manage expenditures.
Coordinate R&D contributors, ensuring alignment between project needs and departmental availability.
Qualifications Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, or similar).
Proven track record in the automotive sector.
Previous experience as a Team Leader, Project Lead, or a similar role managing technical teams.
High level of English (B2/C1).
Geographical mobility (on‑site position).
