Job Description: 10–14 years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale enterprise applications, with a strong track record of end-to-end program ownership. Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade applications built on Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Node.js based technology stacks. Strong experience managing application delivery on AWS Cloud, with a working understanding of key AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, and API Gateway from a delivery and deployment standpoint. Experience managing complex projects with strong NFR considerations — scalability, performance, availability, and fault tolerance — from a delivery planning and governance perspective. Product background is a must — prior experience delivering enterprise products or product-based platforms, with exposure to product lifecycle, roadmap execution, feature prioritization, and productization mindset.
