Key Responsibilities:
• Own customer communications throughout project lifecycles
• Facilitate project kickoff and onboarding calls
• Manage project tasks and timelines using Jira boards
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Conduct project retrospectives to improve delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years managing AWS engagements
