Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Technical Project Manager - Dynamics 365 (L3) with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and delivery. The role will lead the deployment and adoption of Dynamics 365 across the organization, ensuring the platform centralizes customer data, automates sales pipelines, and enhances collaboration across marketing and service teams. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, the Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between commercial teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful end‑to‑end CRM transformation aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of technical understanding, project governance, stakeholder engagement, client communication, and hands‑on delivery management to ensure the CRM follows the correct workflows and delivers measurable business value.
