As Project Manager Building IT Systems you are part of the Building IT Systems project team and you are responsible for setting up and delivering one or more projects within your field of expertise. Project initiation and planning Determine the high level scope of a project, the schedule & the budget • Estimate the effort and cost of the implementation by experts, team members and an external contractor Determine the detailed scope, planning & budget and communicate this information to the project team (kick-off) Manage and follow up the risks and problems with the project team and if necessary escalate to management and customer in time and find solutions together Represent the customer at the delivery of the project and capture the “lessons learned” Ensure the necessary transfer, documentation and training to the other teams involved (including the support teams) Maintain a helicopter view of current projects Project follow-up of internal and external stakeholder Reporting...
