Job Description
In FMG we are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee the development of advanced ammunition products across MSM Group.
In this strategic leadership role, you will manage a portfolio of R&D projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful product development aligned with NATO standards, quality requirements, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of ammunition development projects.
- Oversee a portfolio of R&D programs, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Supervise and mentor Technical Project Leads and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Approve technical designs, system parameters, and product specifications.
