**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program management.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Ability to drive technical projects from conception to completion.
+ Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Ability to whiteboard solutions, connect technical concepts, and build practical tools even when off-the-shelf options aren't available.
