Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Fraud Program team within the Identity & Trust Organization. You will lead high-impact programs that reduce fraud-related losses, mitigate systemic risks, and improve our ability to prevent and detect malicious activity across our products and platforms
• This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role, combining elements of risk, product, operations, and technical execution
• You will report to the Senior Manager of Fraud Program Management and work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, analytics, compliance, and operations. This is a hybrid role within Remitly’s New Westminster, Canada office
• Lead cross-functional programs that improve fraud prevention across products, platforms, and geographies
• Translate fraud trends into technical and product requirements, partnering with engineering and analytics teams
