Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM) to guide Automation, Cloud, DevOps, and Engineering initiatives, lead a team of engineers, steer project execution, interact directly with customers, and ensure the successful delivery of both business and technical outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Steer end-to-end delivery of automation and engineering projects
  • Oversee a team of engineers to sustain high productivity, quality, and team engagement
  • Act as the primary customer-facing lead for project delivery, governance, and escalations
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders, engineering leads, and business sponsors
  • Facilitate regular customer meetings, delivery reviews, and project governance calls
  • Compile and present weekly and monthly status reports, executive dashboards, project updates, and RAID logs
