Job Description
Earnifi is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive execution across multiple engineering and technical initiatives in a fast-moving fintech environment. This role will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, Underwriting and integration partner teams to ensure projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered successfully.
The TPM will help bring structure, visibility, and accountability to complex initiatives while maintaining the agility required in a growing startup. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically curious, comfortable working through ambiguity, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects without introducing unnecessary process or bureaucracy.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating stakeholders, and helping teams execute effectively in an environment where priorities evolve and new challenges emerge regularly.
