Job Title: Technical Program Manager (AI Gaming Operations)
Job Duration: 12 months contract
Salary: SGD 12,000 - 16,000 per month
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (AI Gaming Operations) to join our team. In this role, you will own operational health, incident response frameworks, process automation, and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through AI workflows and training AI systems to manage repeatable coordination tasks over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end review operations for Instant Games, including quality, app, policy review processes, and triage flows for game developer-reported issues and feedback.
