Job Overview
The Technical Planning & Scheduling Supervisor will play a strategic role in driving property acquisition, technical due diligence, concept development, permit management, and project feasibility from acquisition through pre-construction. This position blends business development strategy with strong technical and regulatory leadership.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential properties aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead technical assessments and feasibility studies
- Oversee concept designs and ensure delivery accuracy and timeliness
- Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance
- Produce accurate cost estimates and collaborate in pre-construction planning
- Provide timely technical reporting and updates to management
