Responsibilities
- Develop and implement closing and post-closing workflows, SOPs, SLAs, checklists, and QC measures
- Oversee day-to-day operations with third-party fulfillment partners to ensure consistent loan delivery
- Define and monitor productivity standards and performance goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Conduct second-level reviews, handle exceptions, and manage escalations to ensure quality control
- Monitor and manage the pipeline, stepping in to troubleshoot and clear obstacles for seamless closings
