Job Description
Role
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, improvement and repair of equipment to support the delivery of operational KPIs, including Productivity, Quality, Safety, Health & Environment, Cost, Delivery, Morale, Innovation and Sustainability.
Technical Operator (TO)
Master operation of machines/processes in at least two areas of the factory, follow established production standards, drive continuous improvement, and provide leadership and coaching to machine operators and manufacturing crew. Manage team reports and shift manning.
Key Responsibilities
- ICMS: understand ICMS philosophy, target waste and expense, innovate efficient processes, embrace new technologies, and apply Autonomous Maintenance (AM) steps 1‑3.
- Technical: Operate, maintain, improve and repair (OMIR) equipment, conduct changeovers, basic repairs and adjustments, perform pneumatics fault finding, and operate recombination plants and mix plant equipment.
