Job Description
Technical Onboarding Specialist
What You’ll Do
- Lead client engagement from post-sales through to launch, conducting regular meetings, handling stakeholder relationships, and delivering tailored project plans to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Perform hands‑on technical integration and data quality testing, supporting customers through data mapping, configuration setup, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with functional analysts, Sales, Support, and Development teams to coordinate onboarding activities and ensure alignment across all workstreams.
- Handle change requests end-to-end — from requirements gathering and documentation through to implementation and testing — ensuring changes meet client needs and quality standards.
- Provide regular project status reporting to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clarity and delivery confidence throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
