Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for design and execution
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors and clients
- Monitor site progress, schedules, and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design
- Resolve technical issues to avoid delays
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Perform quality checks and address non‑conformities
- Support and guide junior team members
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a Higher Technical Diploma (or similar certification)
- Additional certifications are an advantage
- Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role, with UAE experience preferred
