Job Overview
To provide technical leadership and support for mining products, ensuring equipment reliability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and achievement of business performance targets through effective collaboration with supervisory teams, customers, and manufacturing facilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant degree or diploma + trade test (in relevant trade).
- Minimum 15 years related experience and/or training related to the GET business; preferably OEM experience in a middle to senior management role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Projects, Excel).
- Pass and maintain mine medical fitness test.
- Strong knowledge of mining equipment maintenance, diagnostics and technical support processes.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
