- Install and assemble MEP systems and prefabricated modules.
- Carry out electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ACMV, and mechanical installation works.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, BIM drawings, and method statements.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of building services systems.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors during installation activities.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on M&E systems.
- Troubleshoot faults in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify defects.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
- Ensure building systems operate efficiently and safely.
