The Role:
Exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Manager (or Technical Manager, depending on experience) with a strong engineering or civils background to lead the technical delivery of high-quality residential developments. This role is central to shaping viable, buildable solutions from land acquisition through to site completion - ensuring our projects are technically sound, commercially efficient, and executed to the highest standards of design and compliance.
As a technical lead, you will coordinate external consultants, manage engineering design approvals, and act as the main interface between the land, commercial, construction, and planning teams.
