Job Description
Purpose
- The Technical Manager is responsible for leading the Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities functions. This role ensures safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of all equipment, infrastructure, and capital assets while enabling production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- The Technical Manager combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capability—driving operational excellence, building organizational capability, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver sustainable plant performance.
