- Lead and mentor the technical and R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Drive new product development from concept, formulation, laboratory validation, pilot trials through to commercialisation.
- Develop and optimise polymer formulations to enhance product performance, quality, and cost competitiveness.
- Lead scale‑up and technology transfer activities to ensure smooth production implementation.
