• Validate technical designs and proposals
• Lead project managers and installation teams
• Oversee commissioning and installation quality
• Resolve complex technical and site challenges
• Ensure compliance with SANS and OHSA
• Improve technical standards and operational discipline
• Build and mentor a strong technical team
Requirements
What You Need
• Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma
• 7–10 years in HVAC/mechanical/building services
