Job Description
The Technical Manager leads Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities functions to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of equipment, infrastructure, and capital assets, while enabling production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
Purpose
- The Technical Manager is responsible for leading the Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities functions.
- The Technical Manager combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capability—driving operational excellence, building organizational capability, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver sustainable plant performance.
- The Technical Manager is responsible for managing plant Projects, Digital and Industry 4.0, Environment and Innovative product launches.
