Role & responsibilities
Lead and review technical solutions for Oracle-based applications, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on Oracle technologies, including Forms, Reports, SQL/PLSQL, and Database.
Review technical specifications, design documents, code quality, and project deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis where required.
Drive continuous improvement of Oracle frameworks, standards, tools, and development practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and IT partners to ensure successful delivery and maintenance of business-critical applications.
Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of experience in Oracle application development and support.
Strong expertise in Oracle Forms 12c, Reports, SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Database 19c.
