Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead, Middleware System Services to join our team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert in Enterprise Middleware systems across the Group, ensuring robust architecture design, implementation, stability, and performance of key middleware platforms. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive strategic planning, system enhancement initiatives, and operational support to maintain high system availability across banks, Islamic, insurance, investment bank and regional entities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, architecture planning, and implementation of Enterprise Middleware systems (IBM WebSphere MQ, WAS, JBoss EAP, WebLogic, and other related technologies).
