Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of scalable Fullstack applications and microservices
- Contribute hands on to backend and frontend development using Java and modern frameworks
- Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive engineering environment
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality practices, and use of code quality tools
- Work closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver customer focused solutions
- Review architecture, identify risks, and implement best practices
- Manage and coordinate delivery for small to mid-sized teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong experience in Java development using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and related technologies
